A Note on Our Custom Policy

Thank you for choosing LumosPrime! Every set of our press-on nails is made exclusively for you — hand-painted, shaped, and assembled from scratch only after your order is placed. Because each set is one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold, we're unable to accept returns or refunds for custom orders.

1. Craft Completion Preview

Before we ship, we'll send a photo of your finished set to the email address on file so you can review every detail — the design, color, nail shape, and sizing.

Once you reply to confirm you're happy with what you see, we'll pack and ship your order.

If something doesn't look right, simply let us know in your reply what needs adjusting. We'll remake your set at no additional charge — no extra labor fees, ever.

2. Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any shipping damage, craftsmanship defects, or an incorrect style/size, snap a few clear photos and reach out to us right away. We'll sort it out promptly — you won't be left hanging.

3. Exchanges

We're currently unable to offer exchanges on custom orders. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Quality Guarantee

If you discover a manufacturing defect within 72 hours of delivery — something that isn't caused by rough handling, bending, or pulling — please email us at service@lumosprime.com with clear photos of the issue and your order details.

Once we've confirmed the defect, we'll send you a free replacement for the affected nail(s). No extra charges, no hassle.

A Few Things to Note

Damage from trimming, filing, improper application, dropping, soaking, or any modifications made after delivery is not covered by our free replacement policy.
Issues reported after the 72-hour window cannot qualify for free replacements.
Because every set is hand-painted individually, slight variations in brushwork and minor color differences are a natural part of the handmade process — they're not considered defects. If you prefer absolute uniformity, we'd recommend considering your purchase carefully before ordering.
